Terms of Service

1. Introduction

By using DREMARS you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. The service

DREMARS provides an architecture reference Vault, Mixing Studio (prompt tools), creator profiles, messaging, and related features. Some features require a Pro subscription.

3. Accounts & Pro

• Pro is billed monthly (price shown on /subscription).
• You may cancel anytime; Pro access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Free limits may apply (e.g. one project, limited downloads).

4. Content & creator earnings

• You retain rights to your content; you grant us a license to host and display it on the platform.
• Qualifying Pro downloads of Pro references credit approximately $0.04 USD per download to the creator (subject to withdrawal policies).
• Do not upload illegal, unauthorized, or misleading content.

5. Messaging & services

Chat lets users contact creators. Payments for professional services between users are arranged outside DREMARS unless we state otherwise. We are not a party to those agreements.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or outcomes of prompts or third-party AI tools.
